Job summary

Daxtra is seeking a Business Analytics Manager (SAP & Operations) to lead enterprise-wide transformations across SAP systems and operations. This hybrid role focuses on shaping SAP strategy, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making, while building a high-impact analytics team in North America.

Responsibilities include driving supply chain and manufacturing analytics, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable dashboards and automated processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP business systems, operations, supply chain, transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing analytics strategies, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do

Lead business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Service, Production, Order-to-Cash.

Serve as the North American SAP leader of enterprise systems and guide improvements.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Info Systems, or related field.

6+ years of experience in SAP business systems, operations, supply chain, transformation initiatives.

Modules we currently use: C4C, FSM, BDE, MM, WMS. Preferred experience in 2 or more modules.

Experience improving end-to-end operational processes within a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Proven success leading cross-functional transformation projects and influencing stakeholders.

Experience developing analytics strategies, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
