Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst II/III to drive system initiatives across ERP/SAP, MII, and data analytics. You will partner with business units and corporate IT to translate requirements into actionable projects, manage the lifecycle from concept to completion, and lead process improvements for cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• SAP (ERP) experience required
• Systems, Engineering, or Manufacturing background with lean manufacturing concepts
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects
• Integrated knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process; Lean Leader Certification expected
• 4 Year / bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of job experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an on-going list of system-related projects from concept to completion
• Identify bottlenecks and standardize processes to reduce errors and improve throughput
• Define system requirements and coordinate with Corporate IT and analysts
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated data pipelines across ERP, WMS, and TMS
• Embed AI and analytics tools into daily operations and mentor junior analysts
