Job summary

SSAB is seeking a Business IT Senior Analyst to bridge Value+ business and IT, ensuring technology solutions support strategic objectives, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

You will partner with operations, sales, finance, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement, lead requirements sessions, translate needs into functional specs, and manage ERP/BI projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and data analytics in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IT and business systems liaison for Value+ and support growth initiatives.
• Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders and translate needs into specs.
• Manage ERP, BI, and related system deployment projects from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to drive process improvements.
• Develop and deliver user documentation, training materials, and status reporting.
