Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to optimize processes and technology solutions for procurement, inventory, and supplier management.

The role reports to the Director of Finance & Accounting Technologies and supports ERP-related initiatives, reporting, and data governance in a hybrid work environment with locations across Texas. Strong business analysis and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, supply chain, or IT.
• Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in finance/procurement/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate them into BRDs, process maps, and functional designs.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, and post-production validation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders on technology solutions.
