Qualifications
- 6+ years of Business Analysis in Banking/Financial Services.
- Expert in requirements elicitation, process mapping and data analysis.
- SDLC experience across project phases with IT systems.
- Knowledge of BA frameworks and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Define system scope, objectives and enhancements for complex projects.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation with business impact.
- Consult with business clients to define functional specifications.
- Evaluate IT developments and recommend system enhancements.
- Perform in-depth analyses to define problems and solutions.
- Supervise staff management, mentoring and resource allocation.
- Ensure risk and compliance considerations in decisions.
