Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience operating in global, complex environments with multiple senior stakeholders across functions or geographies.
• Experience managing teams and delivering results in a financial services or regulated industry.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret financial and headcount data, build business cases, and communicate findings to senior audiences.
• Track record of managing financial planning processes: budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and P&L oversight.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality or pace.
• Clear and confident communicator at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and workforce management for the HR function, including ownership of the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Act as a strategic advisor translating financial and operational data into clear recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Oversee the annual Technology Investment review process for HR and quantify ROI in terms of resource efficiencies and impact.
• Lead cross-HR initiatives related to financial and workforce strategy.
• Manage cross-functional administrative duties including financial reporting, headcount accuracy, and real estate planning.
• Deliver oversight of operational reporting processes with consistent quality and accuracy.
• Assess risk with emphasis on compliance, controls, and ethics, escalating issues transparently.
• Manage a team of 5-6 direct reports across global locations.
