Job summary

Citi is seeking an Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst, Senior Vice President for a senior technology leadership role in New York. The role focuses on leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with technology teams, and guiding large, multi-project efforts with governance and risk management in mind.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in applications development.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Demonstrated SME in Applications Development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of functions to meet goals and deploy new products.
• Analyze complex business processes and define solutions to high level problems.
• Provide expertise in area of advanced knowledge of applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets.
• Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Allocate work and coach developers, analysts, and new team members.
• Influence senior leaders and communicate with external parties.
• Appropriately assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Masters degree preferred
