Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst to bridge business users with technology within the Third-Party Source to Pay team. You will drive implementation and support of core SaaS platforms and automation for Staffing Office and Supply Chain, coordinating with technology partners.

You will supervise staff, manage vendor relationships ensuring security/compliance, and craft system scope, objectives and enhancements for high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with business analysis principles and processes.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and vendor management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support strategic SaaS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur) and middleware.
• Manage external vendor relationships and information security controls.
• Define system scope, objectives and enhancements for complex projects.
• Identify risks, impacts, and propose mitigations for business decisions.
• Consult with business clients to determine functional specs and align with teams.
• Feasibility analysis for process changes and development of improvements.
• Evaluate IT developments and recommend system enhancements.
• Provide in-depth analyses to influence strategic decisions.
• Supervise day-to-day staff management and mentoring.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
