• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Management, or Business Analytics, preferably in banking.
• Proven experience leading large-scale automation or digital transformation programs in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to structure loosely defined problems, build consensus across business, risk, and engineering leadership.
• Strong end-to-end discovery skills, epic breakdowns, and high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Proficient in Python scripting and prompt engineering to support data analysis and AI implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and dataset profiling to validate rules and performance.

• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos with cross-functional teams.
• Deploy predictive processing models to drive straight-through transaction execution.
• Establish a tiered risk-based automation framework with governance for high-risk activities.
• Implement generative AI solutions to automate control execution, monitoring, and compliance validation.
