This full-time role requires 6+ years in technology leadership within a large enterprise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical detail into strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technology leadership role in a large-scale enterprise.
• Experience in IT project delivery, systems integration, or software engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, estimates and status reports.
• Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management on project status.
• Recommends and oversees process improvements.
• Mentors analysts and practitioners; guides technical teams.
• Ensures risk-aware, compliant execution of IT projects.
