Job summary

Netguru is seeking an experienced AI/LLM specialist for a remote freelance role. You will analyze and redesign business processes using AI, gather requirements, and collaborate with developers and process owners to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

The role emphasizes 5+ years of experience and strong English and Polish language skills. The position offers 100% remote work and long-term collaboration on challenging FinTech, B2B software, and e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business processes by identifying and implementing AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
• Analyze and map technology-driven processes, designing optimized ones using AI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with development teams and process owners; mentor on AI solutions.
• Create and maintain project and process documentation.
• Execute tasks related to AI solutions development and deployment.
• Participate in cost and performance analyses for AI initiatives.
• Monitor AI agents and ensure proper operation and escalation conditions.

Tasks:

• Transform our client’s business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability.

• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.

• Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions.

• Create and maintain project and process documentation.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo);

• Agentic automation feasibility assessment;

• Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evals

• Cost/TCO analysis

• Agents monitoring
