Job summary

Netguru is seeking a Data Analyst to work on data-driven projects for business users, translating requirements into data solutions. The role involves collaborating with an international team in a fully remote, EU-based setup.

You will leverage SQL, dbt, and Azure Databricks to build scalable data models and insights, contributing to a fast-paced product and consulting environment. The position offers 100% remote work, with monthly in-person coordination in Warsaw optional and a freelance B2B

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analyst role required.
• Able to map business requirements to data structures.
• Proficient in SQL and cloud-based analytics.
• Experience with dbt and Data Catalog is a plus.

Project Details

• Location: European Union
• Contract type: Full-time, freelance B2B
• Hybrid work: once per month from office in Warsaw
• Rate: up to 120 PLN/h
• Start: asap
• Duration: 3-6 months (with possibility of extension)

• At least 3 years of experience in an analyst role
• Data mapping skills
• Ability to work with business users and translate their requirements into data
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of dbt and Data Catalog
• Ability to work in a Databricks environment
• English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation fluently, handle business correspondence, and communicate verbally with international external vendors
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of dbt and Data Catalog
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Experience working with applications in distributed environments
• Experience using AI tools in automated workflows
