Netguru is seeking a freelance automation tester to join a fully remote team. You will design and maintain automated tests using JavaScript, WebdriverIO, Mocha and Chai, and work within CI/CD pipelines to verify QA, UAT, and Production stages.

The role emphasizes ownership of the automation suite and independent contribution to high-quality software development. Duration is long-term with flexible scheduling.

Salary range: up to 155 pln/h (negotiable)

Engagement: fulltime

Start date: beginning of November 2026

Project duration: minimum 6 months

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to write and maintain test code from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO for test automation.
• Solid experience with Mocha and Chai.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Drone CI, including executing automated tests across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools for tracking test cases and results.
• Strong developer mindset — comfortable making incremental changes to test code, improving existing automation, and working without relying on manual testing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the automation test suite.

Nice to have

• Experience testing Salesforce applications and related architectural changes.
• Experience testing standalone React-based applications.
