Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce, offering remote freelancing opportunities with 100% remote collaboration for the right candidate. This full-time freelance role focuses on LLM/agentic and GenAI initiatives, including shaping vision, roadmaps, and agent autonomy, across FinTech, B2B software, and e-commerce projects.

The position is remote, with CET working hours, and a project duration of around 3 months.

Formación

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production.
• Experience with GenAI project vision and roadmaps.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features.
• Experience designing the scope of agent autonomy.
• Experience managing product economics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills.

• Min 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo);

• Experience with GenAI projects vision and roadmaps;

• Acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features;

• Designing the scope of agent autonomy;

• Managing product economics;

• Cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal

• Excellent English and Polish skills
