Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or IT.
• Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience in IT or business settings.
• Proven ability to write clear, testable requirements documents.
• Experience with strategic analysis and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor business analysis activities and select appropriate methods.
• Elicit requirements, identify stakeholder needs, and confirm them with stakeholders.
• Translate concerns into clear stakeholder requirements and trace them to objectives and tests.
• Analyze current and future states; model requirements for diverse audiences.
• Lead enterprise analysis activities and coordinate with teams, vendors, regulators as needed.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Support governance, documentation, and compliance throughout projects.
