Qualifications

• 4+ years documenting or consuming technical project requirements.
• High School degree required.
• Occasional desk-based work; routine office equipment usage.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and define requirements using standard analysis techniques.
• Interview users to identify business impacts of upgrades and changes.
• Document requirements for design and test cases.
• Act as liaison between business and IT teams.
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
