Responsibilities include documenting detailed requirements, defining project scope, managing vendor relationships, conducting UAT, and using data analysis to map processes and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles; 7 years preferred.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project planning, execution, and completion to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
