Qualifications

• 7+ years IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements and reviewing them for completeness.
• Experience analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions.
• Experience analyzing business processes and recommending improvements.
• Experience developing process documentation.
• Experience analyzing root causes and helping define solutions.
• Assisting with QA by creating or reviewing test plans and results.
• English communication (written & verbal) is required.
