Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a remote contract role. The BA will translate business requirements into technical specifications, maintain relationships with the business, and drive standard IT enterprise processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with PMs across organizations. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in business analysis, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Identify multiple problem-solving approaches and recommend the best solution.
• Analyze business processes, document current workflows, create use cases, and manage requirement changes.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams and communicate across groups.
• Coordinate with Project Managers across organizations to track progress, risks, and impacts to the business.
• Maintain project documentation such as lists, status reports and budgets.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge to enable global consistency and standardization.
• Create functional models, process flows, and wire-frame diagrams.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, PMs, and Tech Leads to ensure business acceptance.
