The role requires strong IT BA experience, elicitation and review of requirements, problem solving, process improvement, documentation, root cause analysis, and QA support. Applicants must be fluent in English and have permanent authorization to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• 7 years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements and reviewing for completeness.
• Experience in analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions.
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying improvements.
• Experience in developing process documentation.
• Analyzing root causes and helping define solutions.
• Assisting with QA through test plans, cases and results.
• Must communicate effectively in English (written & verbal).
• Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
