Job summary

Triplenet Technologies in Everett is seeking an IT Business Analyst (contract – 3+ months) to bridge business needs with IT delivery, capture requirements, and support solution delivery for better user experience.

You will gather and prioritize requirements, perform gap analyses, develop acceptance criteria, and assist QA/testing while collaborating across teams.

Hybrid work may be available; office-based with occasional travel between locations, and experience with Agile tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience documenting user stories and epics (Agile).
• Knowledge of gap analysis and acceptance criteria development.

Overview:
The IT Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing requirements, performing gap analysis, and supporting solution delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and an improved user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals and product roadmaps into actionable deliverables
