Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects, with strong background in IT software/application projects.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, storyboard development, wireframe preparation, test planning, and test execution.
• Technical experience in test plans, storyboards, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal staff to optimize processes and improve quality.
• Learn and understand the operational systems and develop requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for technical teams.
• Prepare diagrams to help visualize needed changes.
• Propose alternative solutions balancing cost and benefit.
• Drive consistent project delivery ensuring Agile principles adoption.
• Prepare test plans and execute test activities.
