You will coordinate projects, manage resources, track budgets, and communicate with clients and partners to ensure success. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a background in IT and AV technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing enterprise‑level projects.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Experience managing IT and AV technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, define, staff, and manage IT & AV projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for management, clients, and technical teams.
• Conduct site surveys and facilitate project kickoff meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Lead project status meetings and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Oversee delivery, budgets, and on‑time performance with business owners.
• Prepare and deliver all pre‑ and post‑project documentation.
• Manage lifecycle tasks: planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and completion.
• Document business processes and user requirements.
• Perform quality checks and oversee QA documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver user training when applicable.
