Job summary

GST, Inc in Cerritos, CA is seeking an IT/AV Project Coordinator to act as the primary liaison for coordinating technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will track orders, plan meetings, coordinate with clients and internal teams, oversee vendors, and prepare final project documentation, with a strong emphasis on organization, multitasking, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience managing enterprise‑level IT/AV projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client engagement experience.
• Strong writing, documentation, and reporting abilities.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT/AV projects from start to finish.
• Serve as primary contact for management, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site surveys and kickoff meetings.
• Develop detailed schedules and lead status meetings.
• Monitor delivery performance, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare pre- and post-project documentation.
• Oversee execution including resource assignment and progress tracking.
• Document business requirements and workflows from users.
• Perform QA checks and related documentation.
• Plan and deliver user training as needed.
