Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is seeking an IT/AV Project Coordinator to act as a key liaison, coordinating technology projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will track orders, plan meetings, coordinate with clients and vendors, oversee internal teams, and prepare final project documentation. Strong IT/AV background and excellent organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management roles, enterprise projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience on IT and AV technical projects.
• Strong writing, documentation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT/AV projects from start to finish.
• Serve as primary point of contact for management, teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in kickoff meetings.
• Develop schedules, run status meetings and manage resources.
• Monitor delivery, ensure quality, timelines and budgets.
• Create and deliver pre-/post-project documentation.
• Oversee execution, track progress and assign resources.
• Capture business requirements and workflows from users.
• Perform QA checks and related documentation.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver user training as needed.
