Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• In-depth experience with AuditBoard.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT audit, internal audit, or risk/compliance, including people-management or team-leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits, including ITGC, application controls, and operational audits.
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership.
• Lead SOX IT control testing, including scoping, walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, and remediation tracking.
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 to assess control environments and identify risk.
• Manage and develop the AuditBoard platform and document workpapers, findings, and controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and external auditors.
• Build relationships with IT leadership, business units, and external audit partners.
• Track audit issues and management action plans to ensure timely remediation.
• Stay current on evolving technology risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
