The Recruiting Hive is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead technology-focused audits across the enterprise IT environment. You will plan, execute, and report on audits that strengthen risk management and governance, evaluating IT controls and supporting SOX compliance.

You will engage with IT and business leaders, mentor staff, and communicate findings to senior management and external auditors. This in-office role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with a focus on controls and risk management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT audit, internal audit, or risk/compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits, including ITGC, application controls, and operational audits.
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership.
• Lead SOX IT control testing, including scoping, walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, and remediation tracking.
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 to assess control environments and identify risk.
• Manage AuditBoard platform and document workpapers, findings, and controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management and external auditors.
• Build strong relationships with IT leadership, business units, and external audit partners.
• Track audit issues and management action plans to ensure timely remediation.
• Stay current on emerging technology risks and regulatory changes.
