Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead technology-focused audits across an enterprise IT environment. You will plan, execute, and report on audits to strengthen risk management and governance in an in-office role in Phoenix.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT audit experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and certifications such as CIA/CISA. Proficiency with AuditBoard is required or highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• 5+ years IT audit or risk/compliance with leadership experience.
• Experience with IT controls, audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits (ITGC, application controls, operational audits).
• Develop and maintain annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership.
• Lead SOX IT control testing and remediation tracking.
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks to assess controls and risks.
• Manage AuditBoard platform and document workpapers, findings, and controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff through the lifecycle.
• Communicate findings and risks to senior management and external auditors.
