Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise directory services (JumpCloud, Entra ID, Okta, Jamf, Ping).
• Expertise in SSO technologies (JumpCloud, Entra ID, Okta, Duo).
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Automation and security provisioning for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Networking knowledge: LAN/WAN/DNS/VPN, 802.1x, Cisco familiarity.
• HA/DR planning for SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI tech integration (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Design, purchase, install, and support enterprise network communications.
• Tier 3 escalation point for complex problems.
• Forecast infrastructure needs and capacity requirements.
• Mentor junior IT staff and oversee daily performance.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and drive IT procurement.
• Maintain system architecture records in Jira.
• Collaborate with developers and CSRs on initiatives.
• Develop disaster recovery and security programs.
• Implement information security policies aligned with SOC2/ISO27001.
