Qualifications

• Experienced IT professional capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve most infrastructure, network, and systems incidents.
• Experience with automation development and support to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Support Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Support Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching, WLAN, WAN).
• Independently diagnose and resolve incidents with minimal supervision.
