USA Health is seeking an EMR and clinical operations trainer/analyst to support physician clinics across the Gulf Coast network. The role guides adoption, analyzes workflows, and delivers remediation training for systems like AthenaNet, Cerner Powerchart, and related tools.

The position requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years in ambulatory operations with EHR experience. Strong training, process improvement, and collaboration with site leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ambulatory physician practice operations.
• Familiarity with AthenaNet or Cerner preferred.
• Ability to train staff and support practice adoption.
• Knowledge of quality programs like pay-for-performance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guides the adoption and evaluation for assigned physician clinic practice sites related to the operational and EMR work-flows.
• Identifies non-standard or non-compliant work-flows, assesses issues, and provides remediation training to leverage system functionality.
• Reviews reports and workflows to identify optimization opportunities and collaborates with site leaders to meet KPIs.
• Collaborates with leadership to enhance training and adoption strategies to achieve outcomes.
• Provides ongoing upgrades or new feature training to physician practices and training programs.
• Remediates quality-metric training gaps with users at sites.
• Maintains positive relationships to ensure optimal use of applications in line with enterprise goals.
• Delivers system training for EMR (AthenaClinicals, Cerner Powerchart, Phreesia, Experian, Kloud7).
• Identifies escalation points for operational issues and maintains prompt attendance.
• Follows defined work schedule and handles overtime as required.
