Job summary

State of Connecticut - Office of the State Comptroller seeks an experienced Information Technology Analyst 3 to support Core-CT’s PeopleSoft environment. You will lead a team, develop complex SQL scripts, and drive system modernization to reduce costs while upholding fiscal oversight.

The role requires deep PeopleSoft knowledge, strong SQL skills, and experience with SDLC project leadership. Location is Hartford, CT; standard full-time schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of IT experience in operations, programming, or development.
• One year at the full professional level in a related IT role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT analysts supporting PeopleSoft apps and integrations.
• Develop SQL scripts, Application Engine, and SQR for data exchange.
• Monitor batch processing and performance metrics, tune databases.
• Oversee SDLC for medium-to-large system integration projects.
• Train staff and liaise with stakeholders and vendors.
