Job summary

Fresh Consulting is seeking a Buyer II/Buyer III to lead end-to-end indirect procurement onsite at West Melbourne, FL. You will manage RFQs, RFPs, catalog buying, negotiations, supplier relationships and compliance.

Responsibilities include collaborating with IT and engineering on specifications, security and aerospace traceability; experience with COTS IT hardware and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is preferred. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in procurement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–4 years procurement experience for Buyer II; 5+ years for Buyer III.
• Hands-on experience with COTS and IT hardware procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end indirect procurement across RFQs, RFPs, catalog buying, negotiation, supplier relationships, compliance and auditing.
• Focus on COTS, IT hardware and aerospace goods and services.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering on specifications, security, and traceability.
