Hover is seeking a service-minded IT Administrator for our New York, NY office who will be the first IT contact for 300+ employees. You’ll primarily support macOS and cloud-based tools, own issues end-to-end, and drive root-cause analysis to deliver a great internal experience.

You’ll help improve IT services with a collaborative team, manage SSO in Okta, support onboarding, and keep networks, conferencing, and AV running as Hover grows. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and equity.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of end-to-end IT support in a fast-growing startup.
• Cloud-first with hands-on SaaS IT systems like Jamf, Google Workspace, Okta, Intune.
• Experience managing SAML IDP environments in Okta and Zero Trust concepts.
• Familiar with Jira Service Management and automation to improve usability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first IT contact for employees via Jira, Slack, and in-person.
• Own problems end-to-end, perform root cause analyses, deliver reliable solutions.
• Manage SSO in Okta, security groups, and evolving identity integrations.
• Support office networks, conferencing systems, and AV technology with Workplace teams.
