Job summary

Illumio seeks a Senior IT Administrator to join the IT Service Operations team. You will manage Windows and macOS endpoints, automate IT processes, and deploy zero-touch provisioning using Intune and Jamf Pro.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Defender, and related cloud services, while serving as a trusted escalation resource for executives. The role emphasizes independent problem-solving, strong communication, and collaboration with Information Security to uphold security and reliability

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS environments.
• Expertise with Intune, Jamf Pro, and zero-touch deployment.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Okta and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint management for Windows and macOS platforms.
• Design and implement IT automations and integrations across systems.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services and Defender policies.
• Provide high-touch support to executives and admins.
