- Expertise with Intune and Jamf Pro for policy, deployment and security controls.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
- Experience supporting executives with high-touch IT services.
Responsibilities
- Lead endpoint management for Windows and macOS, including patching and deployment.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, Defender, Purview, and Data Loss Prevention.
- Design automations and integrations using PowerShell, Workato, and ServiceNow.
- Provide advanced IT support to executives and validate secure configurations.
