Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems administration experience in multi-office environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, DNS, TCP/IP, and core networking.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, licensing, security, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of security and governance in Microsoft 365.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and end‑user issues.
• Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and security improvements.
• Maintain documentation and governance for configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to deliver reliable services.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on technology usage.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
