You will manage client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver workforce and technology solutions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in account management or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel for client reviews.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnerships, or Business Development within IT Staffing and/or IT Services & IT Consulting.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client accounts.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and driving account expansion.
• Strong understanding of technology consulting and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business reviews.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and increased revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting.
