Belay Technologies has an opening for an Information Security Officer to join our intel team in Maryland. The ISSO will guide security architecture and systems engineering supporting ICAM projects and drive system accreditation efforts (IATT and ATO).

Responsibilities include maintaining security posture, developing SSPs and risk assessments, and coordinating with system administrators and engineers to implement security controls and C&A packages in line with NIST RMF requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• IAM Level 1 CWIP baseline certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with 4 years as ISSO on similar programs.
• Experience implementing RMF and authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide security architecture and systems engineering support for ICAM projects.
• Lead security operations and accreditation activities (IATT/ATO).
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and risk assessments.
• Review and interpret security scans; coordinate with admins and engineers.
• Prepare C&A documentation and support RMF authorization tasks.
