Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II to maintain security for information systems within SAP/Sci environments. You will work closely with the ISSM and ISO, manage authorization documentation, and ensure secure operations across DoD-related systems.

The role requires 5+ years in information security, TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in information security roles.
• US Citizenship required.
• Knowledge of DoD and SAP environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational security posture for information systems.
• Coordinate with ISSM and ISO to monitor and update authorization packages.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization documentation.
• Notify ISSM of changes affecting authorization determinations.
• Conduct periodic reviews for compliance with security packages.
• Assist with development of assessment and authorization efforts.
• Perform continuous monitoring for authorization boundaries.
