Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, Arizona seeks a Program Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee compliance, assessment, and operations of CIS under their purview. The role requires active security clearance and DoD RMF/JSIG compliance across programs.

You will lead security reviews, coordinate A&A activities, and act as SME on cybersecurity topics, ensuring continuous monitoring and adherence to government regulations at the site.

Qualifications

• Typically a University Degree or equivalent, with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years.
• Experience with DAAPM, JSIG, and/or NISPOM regulations.
• Direct leadership or project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM Level III certification as required by DoD 8140 (8570).
• Complete all DCSA and Raytheon GSS training within 6 months of appointment.
• Accountability for all site CAGE systems: metrics, eMASS, ConMon.
• Maintain knowledge of CIS functions, security policies, and safeguards.
• Coordinate with DCSA SVA prep with site FSO/CS Manager and stakeholders.
• Develop and update site POAMs to identify weaknesses and corrective actions.
