Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an early career Information System Security Officer (ISSO) known as a Senior Analyst, Cyber. The role is 100% onsite and supports classified computing environments, coordinating with the ISSM to ensure compliance with NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAG and JSIG policies.

Responsibilities include security plan development, audits, and education; collaboration with government representatives and facility security; and sustaining security measures across hardware and software

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
Experience with RMF, DAAG, JSIG, NISPOM and related standards in compliance auditing.
Experience with computer technologies (databases, OS, network hardware, software).
Project or program management, office management, or account management.
Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Ensure system compliance, audit readiness, and security plan development.
Deliver information security education and awareness.
Investigate information system security violations and prepare corrective action reports.
Collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government reps.
Manage security sustainment activities (hardware/software changes, accounts, media protection, etc.).
