Job summary

Qualis LLC seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to provide expert engineering advice to the 412th Test Wing Electronic Warfare Group Joint Simulation Environment. The role supports SAP/SCI security, RMF, and C&A processes to secure DoD information systems.

Responsibilities include guiding project leadership, writing security plans, coordinating with government bodies, and ensuring compliance with DoD and NSA policies while maintaining security clearances and schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain active U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance and be subject to a government security investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly unique electronic warfare, systems engineering information, and ISSO duties to plan and execute the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
• Function independently and oversee the effort of staff assigned to the JSE project.
• Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to project leadership for JSE development.
• Knowledge of RMF, C&A documentation, and government security requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, other contractors, AFTC staff, and government organizations.
