Job summary

Leidos Defense Group seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for Langley AFB to support the AF DCGS and the 480th ISR Wing. You will manage TS/SCI SAP security, ensure accreditation, and coordinate with stakeholders across the program.

This role requires DoD 8570.01 IAT II certification, TS/SCI eligibility, and deep RMF, A&A, and XACTA IA Manager experience. You will collaborate with acquisition teams and developers to implement IA solutions and maintain accreditation data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination with 6 years of relevant IA experience.
• Current TS/SCI clearance eligibility at start of employment.
• Current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification.
• Extensive experience with RMF, A&A, and Xacta IA Manager workflows.
• SAP access within the last 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security accreditation and certification activities for TS/SCI SAP systems.
• Monitor SAP environments and update security plans per directives.
• Oversee SAP account authorization, creation, and management.
• Ensure all personnel possess required clearances, authorizations, and need-to-know.
• Develop and deliver security education, training, and awareness programs.
• Report changes to the ISSM and coordinate actions for vulnerabilities or incidents.
• Provide inputs to the DCGS SSAA and maintain on-site information assurance documentation.
• Maintain accreditation data in the XACTA database and create POA&Ms.
• Collaborate with AF development, acquisition, and operations personnel to implement IA solutions.
• Work independently and with AF DCGS stakeholders; strong communication skills essential.
