RAND Corporation in Washington, DC seeks an Information Systems Security Manager to lead the TS/SCI classified processing and accreditation activities for the RAND Washington office. You will oversee RMF, SIEM operations, and security education for SAP/SCI teams, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DAAG, ICDs, and NIST 800 series controls.

The role requires leadership, in-depth knowledge of industrial security, and DoD 8140 IAM level 2 certification or equivalent (CISM/CISSP/Security+).

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Industrial Security and related government regulations (NISPOM, ICDs, JSIG, NIST 800 series).
• RMF accreditations and government security processes for classified systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees classified systems security for TS/SCI networks.
• Writes and delivers security education briefings (SAP/SCI).
• Maintains records for monthly security reports and incident investigations.
• Implements security controls and conducts audits/decertifications.
