Job summary

System High Corporation seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) II to lead and support security programs for SAP, SCI, and collateral environments. The role emphasizes RMF-based assessment, JSIG alignment, and program-wide risk management across DoD customers.

The ISSM will provide day-to-day guidance on security requirements, coordinate with DoD customers, and ensure compliance through policy development, training, and incident response planning. TS/SCI with eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–9 years of related experience in cyber security/IS security.
• Top-Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility required; polygraph may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation and evaluation of information system security program policy.
• Advise customers on RMF assessment and approval issues.
• Develop and maintain formal Information Systems Security Program (ISSP).
• Coordinate with Program Security Office (PSO) on external systems approvals.
• Develop security assessment plans and ensure documentation is current and accessible.
• Lead and mentor cyber security staff and ensure proper training.
