Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies, LLC seeks an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to manage cybersecurity and compliance for classified systems. The ISSM will lead RMF implementation, system authorization, continuous monitoring, and ensure compliance with DCSA, NISPOM, NIST, and related requirements.

Collaboration with FSO, IT staff, leadership, and government security representatives is essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance preferred.
• Experience with RMF-based security authorization documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSM for Delta's classified information systems.
• Maintain RMF packages and security documentation.
• Manage eMASS documentation, controls, artifacts, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring.
• Coordinate with DCSA and government personnel on assessments and compliance.
• Ensure NIST SP 800-53 controls are implemented with evidence.
• Maintain SSPs, system diagrams, inventories, and security records.
• Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and audit logging.
• Identify and remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities and findings.
• Support inspections, assessments, and authorization activities.
