Job summary

CFD Research Corporation is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager to lead and support authorization, operation, and continuous monitoring of classified information systems at our Beavercreek, OH facility.

The ISSM will ensure systems are developed, authorized, maintained, and operated per NISPOM, RMF, and customer guidance. The ideal candidate will manage multiple packages across government agencies and support Special Access Programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, information assurance, or RMF.
• 3+ years as ISSM/ISSO.
• Experience developing or maintaining authorization packages in eMASS.
• U.S. Citizen; Top Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the appointed ISSM for classified information systems.
• Lead development, submission, maintenance, and reauthorization of system packages in eMASS or similar platforms.
• Manage systems across collateral, SCI, SAP environments as applicable.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, security policies, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with DCSA personnel, government reps, and customer security staff.
• Interpret and implement NIST SP 800-53, 32 CFR Part 117, and related guidance.
• Evaluate architectures, boundaries, hardware, software, data flows for classified systems.
• Prepare systems for inspections or assessments by DCSA or customers.
• Establish configuration, change, vulnerability, and incident-response processes.
• Conduct periodic reviews, self-inspections, and continuous-monitoring activities.
