Job summary

SECON-DELTA is seeking a Sr. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) Level III to design, integrate, and secure complex cyber environments for a DoD/NISCAP framework.

The candidate must hold an Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph and IASAE Level III, ISSEP and CISSP certifications, and extensive RMF experience. Responsibilities include security engineering on multi-enclave architectures, risk assessment, and certification support.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years’ ISSE experience on large programs.
• DoD RMF/NIST RMF knowledge and implementation.
• Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph and IASAE Level III are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary security engineering representative on teams for secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
• Design, implement, and evaluate cybersecurity architectures and systems.
• Support security planning, risk analysis, and risk management activities.
