Job summary

The candidate will guide security engineers, evaluate work, and ensure IA objectives align with program requirements. DoD 8570 IASAE Level 3, ISSEP and CISSP are required, with advanced degrees enabling experience substitutions.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years of ISSE experience on similar programs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IA, or ISSE related field.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 3 is required.
• ISSEP and CISSP certifications are required.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Four additional ISSE years may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and evaluation to security engineers for secure design and integration.
• Advocate system‑level solutions to meet security requirements.
• Monitor and suggest IA policy improvements.
• Interact with customers, IT staff and senior officers to meet IA objectives.
• Support architecture and design of secure, platform IT environments.
